On Wednesday 17 July 2024, the Director General of the Office of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Culture and Youth Ministry, Khalil Abdullah, met with the directors of administration and accounting in the Ministry’s affiliated general directorates, to discuss administrative matters and the laws and regulations in force in the Region.
The meeting discussed a number of administrative and accounting matters, with an emphasis on implementing the laws and regulations in force in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, as well as making decisions that would solve problems and obstacles that affect the work of the administrative and accounting units in the general directorates affiliated with the Ministry.
Administrative directors and accountants from various general directorates affiliated with the Culture and Youth Ministry in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region participated in the meeting, most notably the directorates of youth and sports, media and publishing, public libraries, culture and arts in Erbil, Turkmen culture and arts, and Syriac culture and arts, which were represented by director of administration and autonomy Fouad Shamoun, and responsible accounts assistant Raja Shamoun.
