Kaldo Ramzi Oghanna, Director General of Syriac Culture and Arts in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, received a delegation from the Fine Arts Faculty of Salahaddin University in Erbil, at the General Directorate building in Ankawa on the morning of Wednesday 22 November 2023.
The delegation included Jelwan Taher, head of the college’s Department of Cinema and Theater, as well as Pierre-Louis Sher and Dilan Khalil Khourani, teachers in the same department.
Oghanna gave a brief explanation about the General Directorate of Syriac Culture and Arts’ various activities, especially its contributions to supporting Syriac theater through the plays that came to light with its support and sponsorship.
