On Tuesday 27 February 2024, a delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government’s General Directorate of Syriac Culture and Arts visited the General Directorate of Turkmen Culture in Erbil, to extend ther congratulations and best wishes to the new Director General, Muhammad Dilshad, on the occasion of his assuming the position.
The visiting delegation included Director General Kaldo Ramzi Oghanna, Director of Syriac Heritage and Museum Bernard Youssef, Director of the Syriac Library Fayhaa Shamoun, and a number of the Directorate’s employees. The delegation offered their congratulations to the new Director General on the occasion of his assumption of the position, and wished him success in his new duties.
During their conversation, the two parties stressed the importance of joint cooperation between the two sides, which supports the presence of components and peaceful coexistence in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
