On Thursday, June 1, 2023, a delegation from the Directorate General of Syriac Culture and Arts of the Kurdistan Regional Government visited the headquarters of the Assyrian Democratic Movement (Zowaa) in Ankawa, in order to congratulate the movement on the success of its tenth conference.
The delegation included General Director Kaldo Ramzi Oghanna , Director of the Syriac Heritage and Museum, Bernard Youssef, and a number of the Directorate’s employees. The delegation congratulated the new leadership body and wished them success in serving our people.
During the visit, Oghanna confirmed that the nation is advancing art and culture, expressing the General Directorate’s readiness to cooperate with all institutions to serve the Syriac culture and art.
