On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, a delegation from the General Directorate of Syriac Culture and Arts visited the headquarters of the Chaldean National Council in Ankawa to extend their congratulations on the occasion of the Council’s 23rd anniversary. The delegation was received by Council President Janan Jabbar, along with several members of the Council’s leadership.
The delegation was led by Director General Kaldo Ramzi Oghanna and included several staff members from the Directorate. They extended their heartfelt congratulations on the 23rd anniversary of the founding of the Chaldean National Council, one of the prominent political organizations representing our people in Iraq and Kurdistan Region.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to strengthen mutual cooperation. Oghanna emphasized that the doors of the General Directorate of Syriac Culture and Arts are always open to collaborate with all institutions in service of preserving and promoting the heritage and culture of our people.
