As part of its “Syriac Culture” series of publications, the General Directorate of Syriac Culture and Arts, has published the book “Let us Rejoice with the Children of Mesopotamia” by writer Said Shamaya.
The book is directed to children and contains lyrical poems, in the Syriac language, in a smooth style and with simple words that are easy for children to memorise and repeat, in addition to theatrical texts and some short stories in the Syriac and Arabic languages. It contains 216 pages of medium size and is numbered 66 in the series.
