There was talk about the role of the Syriac culture and highlighting this culture as an essential part of the Mesopotamian culture.
Oghanna emphasized the keenness of the General Directorate of Syriac Culture and Arts to be present in all cultural and artistic festivals, which would give the true picture that the Syriacs have always drawn in the cultural and artistic scene.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Archbishop Basilios Yaldo, Patriarchal Assistant, and Laith Benjamin, in charge of the Theater and Cinema Department at the General Directorate.
