Kaldo Ramzi Oghanna, Director General of Syriac Culture and Arts in the Kurdistan Region, visited our people’s artist Farid Soraya, accompanied by a group of employees of the General Directorate, on Wednesday morning,15 March , 2023.
Ogna confirmed that the General Directorate of Syriac Culture and Arts has placed all artists and intellectuals before its sights and is working to follow up on their conditions just as it is working on following up on their productions and works, and that this visit comes within its plans to communicate with everyone without exception.
Suraya thanked the General Directorate of Syriac Culture and Arts in the person of its director and cadres for this visit, appreciating the role it plays in developing Syriac culture, arts and heritage, expressing his great happiness with this precious gesture.
